I am here to help you find your physical, mental and spiritual balance and become your healthiest, most energised and glowing self. I will do this by bringing you the very latest in yoga, nutrition and healthy lifestyle. Like most people, it has taken me a while to be comfortable in my own skin and to love myself for who I am, accepting and saluting every single flaw that I have.
At the age of 15, I suffered from bulimia. For years the bulimia was my way of dealing with the fact that I was feeling guilty, ashamed, and unhappy with the way I looked. I was in that grey area for years. Until I realised a very simple thing: loving yourself has nothing to do with the way you look, but with the way you feel. Discovering the magic of yoga and the rules of proper nutrition that didn’t involve drastic dieting, but a healthy and balanced way of eating, set me on track to take control of my feelings, health, wellness and sense of self!
As a YAI-certified yoga teacher and dedicated health and wellness coach (certifying with The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in Jan 2019), I feel truly blessed that I can share my knowledge in helping others start accepting and loving their selves and become healthier, happier and more balanced.
